Easter Holidays

We are hosting a series of family-friendly events over the Easter holidays as part of our 900th-anniversary celebrations.

Easter holiday activities include Easter Felting workshops where families can create colourful Easter gifts and decorations; Plant and Paint sessions where they can paint their own plant pot before planting seeds in it to bloom in Spring; and Illuminating Art workshops where participants can draw inspiration from medieval manuscripts to create their own artwork using watercolours.

On Good Friday, a Love Unstoppable event will be held in the Cathedral grounds from 10.30am where families are invited to join in with arts and crafts, and songs and prayers inspired by the Easter story, while on Easter Sunday the Cathedral’s regular All Ages service in the Fratry will be a special Easter celebration.
