Our choirs are not just for Christmas but are a treasured part of our daily worship. For generations, the Cathedral Choir has nurtured local children to flourish as young musicians. This has been possible thanks to the generosity of individuals and foundations who support this work financially.
Help us keep music at the heart of all the Cathedral does.
Your Gift
Would you like to play a part in creating a vibrant, sustainable future for our choristers? A regular donation of £20 a month or more will sponsor a chorister and enable them to be nurtured in their role. Every year, music is provided at over 220 services sung by the choristers, with over 280 hours of rehearsals. The annual cost for this is £185,000.
With your support, we can keep the tradition of child choristerships alive and bring the gift of music to the lives of talented young people.
