Our Music

Music is an integral part of Carlisle Cathedral's life and worship. To experience the Cathedral choirs, accompanied by the magnificent 1856 Willis organ, beneath the glorious starlight ceiling can be a thrilling, inspiring and spiritual experience. We sing to rejoice in God's love; we sing to nurture the soul and to uplift the spirit.
